Hallo,

ich versuche, auf meinem MR6400 ein ISP-Upgrade durchzuführen.

Ich entzippte die Datei, übrig bleibt eine ZIP mit ca. 28kB. (Darin befinden sich 2 Dateien).

Der Router gibt eine Fehlermeldung zurück: 71212.

Am Router ist ein Win10-PC per RJ45 angeschlossen, über den die Bedienung erfolgt.

Wo liegt das Problem?

Ich versuche, ein ISP-Upgrade auf meinem MR6400 durchzuführen.

Ich habe die Datei entpackt, übrig bleibt ein ZIP mit ca. 28kB. (Da sind 2 Dateien drin).

Der Router gibt eine Fehlermeldung zurück: 71212.

Ein Win10-PC wird über RJ45 mit dem Router verbunden, der für den Betrieb verwendet wird.

Wo ist das Problem?

Hello, thank you very much for the feedback.

We've checked the ISP file ISP_21082501, there is indeed some problem and we are going to remove it from the official website and then update it again.

For your case, may I know if the default APN profile for your SIM card is correct or not? If internet works fine with default APN profile, there is no need to update the ISP file now, however, if the current profile is incorrect, please let me know who the carrier of your SIM card is, and you could create an APN profile manually on Advanced->Network->Internet->Click Create Profile Manually at the bottom.

Danke für die Recherche!
Das Profil "Eplus" scheint zu funktionieren, ist aber recht veraltet.
Ich habe deswegen manuell ein neues Profil erstellt.

Die Netze "Eplus" und "O2" gehören jetzt zu "Telefonica."
Der APN heißt "internet".
Kein Benutzername, kein Passwort.

Thanks for the research!
The profile "Eplus" seems to work, but is quite outdated.
I have therefore manually created a new profile.

The networks "Eplus" and "O2" now belong to "Telefonica."
The APN is called "internet".
No username, no password.
