TL-MR6400 doesn't show online in Tether App
TL-MR6400 doesn't show online in Tether App
I have setup TL-MR6400 to monitor remote area. Locally when I connect it WiFi I can see TL-MR6400 is online in Tether App. But when I tri to monitor its online status via Tether remotely, it alwasys shows offline.
I have enabled Remote Management in TL-MR6400 settings.
What I am missing here ?

Hi, welcome to the community.
I see the MR6400 V5.2 is also offline under your TP-Link ID from the cloud server.
Did you have internet service from MR6400 now?
By the way, who is your SIM carrier?
And when you are connected to the Wi-Fi of MR6400, are you able to ping the https://www.tplinkcloud.com/

I am also facing the same issue with my MR6400. I can access https://www.tplinkcloud.com/ using the MR6400 WIFI but and also my smart device is online always using the same WIFI but the router itself is showing as offline. The very first time, I saw that it was also showing online remotely on Tether App but after 2-3 hours it became offline.

Hi,may I know the hardware and firmware version of your MR6400?
If the MR6400 still shows offline remotely on Tether App but internet works fine on both MR6400 and your phone, please login the MR6400 web interface when you are in the same network as the MR6400, then go to Basic->TP-Link Cloud page to see if you are still able to access the cloud function page, if so, please check it on Tether App again to see of it will show online remotely.

TL-MR6400 has Jio SIM with active Data plan. Also Cameras are connected to the TL-MR6400 WiFi locally and can access internet.
Just TL-MR6400 not able to maintain connection with TP Link Cloud Services.

I have the same exact problem....
I have internet ok in my mr6400 but my router shows offline. If I restart the router gets back online in tether app but after a while goes offline even if I have internet Access.
Any solution?
