Archer AX50 5Ghz/DFS switching issue

Hi,
Similar to other threads around this topic - I have an Archer AX50 that will not maintain it's 5Ghz channels. It will constantly revert back to Channel 36 after being moved to a DFS channel (60+).
I have seen this issue is resolved by using in some cases, a custom firmware. Can someone in the team please reach out to me because it's frustrating and I'd like a resolution, or to replace this router.
Cheers

Hello @Rory89, thanks for asking.
Have you read the explanation about DFS posted by woozle, one of the professional and knowledgeable community contributors?

Is yours the same case as stated by him?

@Kevin_Z Yes it is, I've spent time looking over lots of these threads and those with a similar situation. But, unfortunately I am still getting the channel switching issue which is very frustrating!
How do I contact the support team directly? Do they check these threads or do I need to email?
Cheers!

@Rory89 Just to update in case anyone finds this thread (and the many, many others with the same issue).
TP-Link are refusing to accept that this is an issue. They've told me that this is normal behaviour, despite offering beta firmware to some users with the same issue. This is just unacceptable.
