Hello,

 

I have just upgraded my C200 camera to version 2.4.56 and it is now no longer possible to view my camera with Alexa.

 

I have created a new user name and password and also removed the camera from Alexa and re-installed it.

 

All I get is live view not possible yet Alexa tells me that my camera is ready for use.

 

Why is this ?

 Hello @TVFRED 

In Alexa app, please confirm you have authorized the TP-Link email account which is now used on Tapo APP.

 

If still the same, can I know your TP-Link ID email address, and MAC address of camera (please share by private message)? In Alexa APP, do you authorize the same TP-LINK ID? Can I have a photo of the Live view on Amazon disaplay, thank you.
