I Have Use This frimware For Band Unlock with Jio Sim Its Work For 2 Months After I am Try to 

 

Re-insert my Sim Card Its Showing Internal Error -1

 

(Sim Card Not Insert) I Have Try with Several Sim Card Or Others Operater Sim Card But Its Not working

 

 

 

 

 

I Haven't Damage Sim Tray.

 

 

 

Anyone Give Me Proper Salutations

Hi, please double check the hardware version on the product label, is it V5.0 or V5.20?

Regarding the SIM card detecting issue, please try to insert SIM card first, then reboot the MR200 to see if it helps.

 

By the way, you mentioned that the problem started happening after you reinsert your SIM card, may I know if you insert a Micro SIM card or a Nano SIM with a Micro SIM adapter?

In this way, I am afraid there might be something wrong with the SIM card slot and you could try to contact the local support team to check for warranty service,
