And Have you experienced any issue when Network Optimization kept telling "this network is congested"?

Hi, the power supply would not cause this issue but the UPS output is kind of overloaded for Deco E4, it would be better if you use the original power adapter.

For the issue that network optimization kept telling the network was congested", have you noticed any performance when it said congested?

if not, it is more like a false alarm on the Deco APP and we don't need to worry much about it.
