Hello, I bought TP-Link Archer MR 600 v2 last month in Germany. Today I was asked to update firmware, now I have this version 1.4.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 210727 Rel.33453n.

After update rebooting, my device stopped recognize any SIM card, I tried to use on my smartphone and inserted another SIM card in device and nothing happened. I opened the settings website and still shows that SIM card is not connected or there is an error. I rebooted the system several times with different SIM cards (they are working properly in smartphone with perfect Internet connection) and nothing is happening. I saw in other forum about issues with this firmware version before and I really don't know what to do now. The device is completely new and was working perfectly. I'm afraid to update firmware version to 1.5, because is not from purchased area and I can loose the guarantee. Someone can please help me?

the firmware -1.4.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 210727 Rel.33453n has been canceled from the database and may I know how did you get the notification to update to this firmware?

As for the 1.5.0 build 20210914, it is suitable for all the Archer MR600(EU) V2 but the local official website might fail to upload this version.

Please try to install the latest 1.5.0 firmware and check whether the SIM card is detected or not:

And please also have a look at the private message and can I have the MAC address and email ID of your mr600 V2.

  @David-TP  I opened Tether app to check my Wi-Fi password to connect a new device. Right after I got the message to update firmware, which I did. But for some reason, the update message didn't have any information about this specific version. The device rebooted afterwards and SIM card was not recognized anymore. Then I tried all steps that I could and nothing happened.

 

By the way, I downloaded firmware version 1.5 on my computer, but I can't even connect to 192.168.1.1 (Wi-Fi or Ethernet) because I don't have connection on Archer.
