Hi, I have a TL-MR100 with a sim card from Jazztel, I can browse the internet just fine.

However when I set up no-ip the IP that's send to noip is 84.78.0.0 while the router whows the IP 10.0.0.0.

If I go to noip's website and change the ip for the hostname to 10.0.0.0 then everything is working correctly, I can use my (dot)ddns(dot)net to hit my TL-MR100.

But then the router will update and change the IP, if I enter the router it shows 10.0.0.0 on "Status" so why is it not sending that IP to no-ip????

  @Daviid

Hi, welcome to the community.

It is normal that the noip DDNS is bound to the public IP-84.78.0.xxx address of the modem and this IP would be the gateway of your SIM carrier.

Many SIM carriers assigned private IP address to SIM cards, like what you got on the MR100-10.0.0.xxx.

For more details, you could have a look at this link:

Port forwarding/DDNS issues on LTE Gateway Routers

But there is one thing I am quite interested in, do you test the noip DDNS in the local network, like accessing to MR100 via noip DDNS when the client is connected to the network of MR100, not from another network?

Thank you.
