Archer VR2100 half the download speed that I used to with my ISP's own router on powerline
Exactly the title. I have an Archer VR2100 and our powerline network gets literally half of the download speed that it used to with our old router. I've even replaced the powerline adapters and the problem persists. Why is this happening?

Hi,
Is the power adapter of the VR2100 plugged in a mains socket right next to the powerline adapter?
In case it is, do you have any possibility to test out whether electrical noise from the VR2100's power adapter could be problem? Like, temporarily replace the VR2100's power adapter with another suitable one or connect the VR2100's power adapter into a mains socket of another branch circuit via a long extension cord.

@woozle Hey!
I plugged the VR2100 and any other plugs adjacent to a powerline adapter into the pass-through socket, and it has completely eleviated any issues with download speed.
