Hello!

I am having problems with the bluetooth connector. Before, I used a 4.0 one until I replaced it with this 5.0 one.
I have it linked to an Xbox series X joystick, and every 15 minutes or so, it unlinks and relinks. I use it to play games on Steam, and it's impossible for me to continue because of the disconnections. On my PC I currently have windows 11.
I have already tried changing the ports to the connector, I have downloaded the drivers from the official TP-LINK page, unlinked and relinked manually, but the problem persists.

I need help!

  Hello @xM4XIx 

Goot to know that you have tried some troubleshooting step like installing the latest driver of UB500.

  • You could try UB500 public driver and see if it helps. Make sure to use Win10X64 driver for Win11.

Please also pair UB500 with a different bluetooth device like phone and see if it works stably ? 

When the bluetooth connection disconnects, please check if USB adapter still show up in Device Manager > Bluetooth device? can I have a photo of the error on bluetooth?

Hello!

I changed to another adapter, in case the one I had was defective, but the problem continues.

I tried to download the drivers that you gave me, but now it doesn't appear directly to link the xbox series x joystick.

Hello   @xM4XIx 

Thank you for the further test. Do you mean the adapter does not find any Bluetooth device? If so, please try some tips here in Step6, including reboot PC, restart bluetooth adapters in device manager etc. 

Troubleshooting of Bluetooth USB Adapter

Please check if the adapter could detect your phone's Bluetooth and pair with it or work with phone  stably? Can you share a photo of PC motherboard and driver date?May I know is there error,you may help translate the page with error/ warning, thank you.

  @Solla-topee Hello! My motherboard model is MSI MPG Z390 GAMING PLUS 9th Gen 1151.

The device could be successfully linked to my cell phone, and it could send a video file without problem. The problem only occurs with games on the Steam platform, with the Xbox series X joystick.
