Model: Archer AX73
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.0 Build 20211222 rel.74632(5553)

I just brought The AX73 for 3 weeks and just found that it  cannot assign a valid IP to my notebook computer while the TPlink Archer C1200 can.  Pls advise what should I change in the setting to fix this issue.

Thanks and best regards,

Raymond

  @Kevin_Z

Thank you very much for your reply.  The Notebook was the only device wired to the router.   When I switch to wireless mode, the connection was fine.  When the notebook wired to my another router tpl c1200, It worked fine too.       I finally reset the AX73 and it is now working OK.

Hello @Raymond2x

As per the subject "Ethernet doesn't have a valid ip configuration", while you mentioned it's a notebook computer, I want to confirm if this notebook computer is connected to the AX73 via cable or wireless, or you are referring to different devices?

How many client devices connect to the AX73, wired and wirelessly? Is this notebook computer the only device that failed to connect to the AX73, and the others are connecting fine? If this is the case, I would suggest following the thread below to troubleshoot:

Failed to connect some devices to TP-Link wireless router, but all the others work properly?

If this is not the case, I would like to know more details about the issue, and please share what troubleshooting you've done.
