I recently switch my Virgin home hub 4 to modem mode, and my Decos to Router mode, however my Ethernet ports on the satalite decos no longer seem to work.

  @Sonowake Welcome to the community.

After switching Virgin hub to modem mode, Did main Deco turn red as well?

And you could have a look at this link:Main Deco turned red light

I believe when Virgin hub is a bridge modem only, you might need to change the internet connection type, such as PPPoE.
