Hello,

I bought this router for upgrade my WiFi to WiFi 6, but in random time internet stucks and the router Wan(globe) led start lighting orange. Internet load few seconds after this LED go green. After this in GUI i see online time 1 minute. Modem to router is OK, cable too because i try few cable and now is connected by patch cable Cat 6... Idk what I need to try for work right :(

Please check and update the router firmware to the latest official version, which could be Archer AX72_V1_1.1.2 Build 20220520, then monitor if the issue will disappear. You can check for the updates on your router web GUI or via the Tether app, or download it from the local website and install it manually.

 

If the issue persists, please go through the basic troubleshooting suggestions in the following thread, then send us the system log on the router as required:

Please check and update the router firmware to the latest official version, which could be Archer AX72_V1_1.1.2 Build 20220520, then monitor if the issue will disappear. You can check for the updates on your router web GUI or via the Tether app, or download it from the local website and install it manually.
