Hello   @tarekhallage 

1.  If the WA850RE has an orange Signal Led (with Bars) it should still connect to router Wifi but signal is weak. 

Here from the UG of TL-WA850RE V5 for Led explanation. 

Red:  The extender is receiving a weak signal. Try relocating it closer to your router.

 

2. If the LED does not look normal, ensure you have reset the range extender in the proper way 

  • RESET: With the extender powered on, use a pin to press the RESET button (pinhole) until all the LEDs flash once.
  • then you could try to set up your range extender as this Configuration Guide here TP-Link Range Extender Setup (Range Extender Mode)
