Hi,

I bought the RE200, ac750 mesh wifi extender and was able to set it up properly.
But it is not working. My internet speed and range is the same as it was.
 
Note: I called 3 executives of call center and nobody gave a proper solution to my problem.
They are wasting my time.
 
My issue:
My internet speed and range is the same as it was with the New tp link RE200 AC750 Extender.

  @Srikar  Well be aware that the RE200 repeater has a Fast LAN port that tied to the totally low end hardware, your connection will not go beyond 100Mbps on the 5GHz network, so that able to enjoy speeds above 100Mbps, look for one of the OneMesh repeaters that has a Gigabit port. These will give you superior coverage and superior speeds as well. The RE200 and RE300 are more about amplifying the mesh signal than actually delivering high speeds.

Hello   @Srikar 

To check if the Wifi range increase, please locate RE in the half way between router and wifi dead zone. Then  try setting up a different Wifi name for the range extender ( different from router)and see if the that Wifi singal is stronger in the area where you want to boost signal. 

Range extender received Wi-Fi signal from router and transit to Wireless or wired client, the speed will get reduced in this process so we mainly use RE to extend wifi range in the wifi dead zone not boost speed.
