I honestly do not have an answer for that. I know or rather have seen specific regions not affected by a particular bug and that could be a reason why one region has a patch and another does not, but since I am not in software development and don't have access to the regional differences I can't give you a clear answer.
It's suggested to keep an eye on your router web GUI for any updates in the future.

Quite strange this update however, it is clear what these developers are involved in,No interest in this model update is a dust nothing serious about this model

I just purchased an Archer AX50 and I was also surprised to see the firmware for the US is newer than the one for the EU.
On one hand, I understand the hardware might be different from region to region. Hence, a bug being present on one region and not the other.
However, by looking at the following firmware versions:
Archer AX50(EU)_V1_210730 (2021-09-07)
Archer AX50(EU)_V1_200708 (2020-08-10)
Archer AX50(US)_V1_210730 (2021-09-09)
Archer AX50(US)_V1_200708 (2020-08-10)
The .bin files are exactly the same, so the firmware is clearly the same:

On the other hand, the newest firmware for the US, Archer AX50(US)_V1_220526, has the following release notes and was released on 06/06/2022:

Unfortunately, it's not the first time this router has an identified security flaw (CVE-2022-30075, for example).
In this case, I feel some security flaw has been identified and the respective fix has been released to the US users, but not the European, for some reason.
Comparing the release dates, the EU users received the 210730 version 2 days ahead of the US users, but 220526 has been released on 2022-06-06. 9 days have passed and still, no word on this.
Being a security conscious user, I have several options here:
1. Return the router
2. Risk voiding the warranty and/or bricking the router by applying the US "version" of the firmware (having the same files for previous versions doesn't mean the newer version will be the same...). TP-Link clearly states that
3. Sticking with the current v210730 and risk having some kind of security issue.
So in practice, none of the options are good for the end user, if TP-Link doesn't say a thing about this.
I'm emailing my local TP-Link office as well, but if I don't have an answer in less than 12 days, I will have no option but going for option #1 - returning the router.
I don't feel safe having my home network "gatekeeper" with known security flaws the manufacturer doesn't fix.

@plf Soy de Argentina y en la página de mi país tambien no está disponible la ultima actualización, sin embargo me arriesgué y realicé el upgrade a la version de EEUU y funciona sin ningún problema. Recomiendo que se animen a realizar la actualización sin problemas.

The seller understands my point of view and gave me one more week to return the router.
Also, my country's support agents are avoiding to reply to my inquiry.
If I don't get any reply from TP-Link, I'm returning it.

We are waiting for a reply from the engineering team, and I will reply to you when this is confirmed. But if this affect the decision of a return and you cannot wait, it's suggested to contact the reseller to return or replace it with another model.

Also not updates for the AX3000v1 while there have been three updates to the AX50v1. One as recent as 5 months ago. Both are identical hardware. It's horribly disorganized or dishonest to be pushing update to one US version and not another on identical hardware all because they are from different retailers. All this time, myself and many others are plagued by the AX3000v1 crashing and becoming unresponsive. TP-Link tells us it's a power issue, but it's not. Tried several power supplies and brought it to different locations on completely different power circuit. Honestly, I don't know what to make of these buggy tp-link products and cr@ppy product support anymore.

I upgraded directly to the premium version Archer AX73 V2 at the moment I was not disappointed but we will see along the way how it will work
it seems like after 1 year and 8 months they came with the same update which from experience is an old one but the first time he received [Archer AX50(US] and after a long time they remembered to give this version as well Archer AX50(EU)_V1_220526
