Model: Archer AX55  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.9 20220330

After latest firmware upgrade, my AX55 does no longer work in 2,4 band (even if LED is on). 5Ghz band works fine.

OT devices cannot connect even when only 2,4 is activated, and cellphone can only connect on 5.

Thank you for posting on the TP-Link Community.

 

Please confirm if the 2.4G Wi-Fi LED is still flashing or on, you can also login to the router web GUI and go to Wireless Settings to check the SSID and password, be sure that they are configured and saved successfully. Show us the basic settings here in the community, you can mask the SSID and password for any security concerns.

 

It's suggested to try with a different wireless channel if the 2.4G network is not broadcasting correctly.

 

If still no help, you will need to reset the router to factory defaults to determine if the 2.4G signal broadcasts properly in the default state.
