Can't find option OPERATION MODE & NOT ABLE TO USE RANGE EXTEND.

Not able to update firmware, Not Show Operation Mode, Not able to disable/enable DHCP

What's on your C20 bottom sticker ?
From the FW region (EU, US, etc.) depends which file you should use to upgrade the FW.
If you're using FW release from another region you could receive the error in your screenshot.
