Your C20 is most probably tailored to the Fusionnet ISP. You won't be able to use the stock FW for updating.
In this case you should contact the Fusionnet ISP and ask them for an updated version (if there is any at all).

What's on your C20 bottom sticker ?
From the FW region (EU, US, etc.) depends which file you should use to upgrade the FW.
If you're using FW release from another region you could receive the error in your screenshot.
