Firmware Version: 1.10.0 Build 210716 Rel.51301n(5553)

Hi, I am having trouble setting up my home network. I have two Sonos amps and two Next thermostat (third gen). I have to keep resetting the router or tye Sonos and Nest thermostats don't connect to the Sonos or Nest/Google Home apps. I actually see the devices registered as clients with the router. But the apps don't see them. I have tried various settings and configurations and don't know where to start debugging. Is there a roadmap for testing and debugging that I can use to identify the issue?

@FrustratedGeek

Can you please confirm how are the Sonos amps and Next thermostat connecting to the Archer A8? are there any other extenders?

We do see similar feedback when Sonos connect to a mesh network and there might be an issue in Sonos community but that should have been addressed. You may also check the story in our community:

Please check if both the phone that runs the Sonos app and the Sonos amps are connected to the same network, and there are no special settings that block the communication.
