@woozle
Thank you for your advice, the 2.4gz and 5gz wifi is on and I can connect to it but it doesn't have internet access. I have been testing back and forth and found that the problem possibly isn't the Archer C7 router but the modem instead.
I tested it by plugging the networking cable into a tv and on the other end of the router is the one and only internet port / Wan port which give us the fourth led light.
Another one is into my Desktop Computer and the Wan port again which also give us the fourth light. But when connected to the modem it won't give us the fourth led light. As you said the fourth light can be varied. And tested on the LAN ports too of course.
In conclusion, my thought is that there are two things either the modem or the coaxial cable is the problem. I gone to the website for my internet provider and the bot say there is a signal so it probably isn't the coaxial cable but the modem. The modem internet port probably fried along side the power adapter of the C7 router during the heavy rain and power keep flicking back and forth. So I'll replace it and give an update about what happen.
My advice to whoever come after and reading this thread. If you have a problem of fried things because of power flicker many times (maybe that is why you're here). Make sure to buy replacement for the fried thing. And after putting the replacement on and it fix the problem of the fried thing and it still doesn't work. It might be the port of either your modem or router. Or maybe the networking cable or coaxial cable. Make sure to test all possibilities before buying and replacing your modem or router or calling a technician so you don't waste unnecessary time and money.
Sincerely, maybe this will help someone.
