Hi,

 

I have

TL -PA8010P (AU) Ver:2.0  ---- Can anyone please help me to locate the right firmware for this?

when I open the tpPLC utility it shows NVM, and PIB files but I cannot locate the same on the website it shows only the bin files from the below link if am looking at the right product version page

the icons don't seem to be showing green. I've seen online pictures they will glow green which means they are showing activity status. not sure should I be worried?

 

so I can get the DHCP support but this gives me only the bin file.

 

can someone please help me to figure out this?

the second one I have is an extender but it is not showing the same layout as above?
 

How can I fix this, please? 

 

due to that I cannot update the firmware nor control any options on it

Hello   @piuser 

Sorry for the late reply, may I know were you able to update firmware for the powerline kit. 

Here is the latest irmware for TL-WPA8630P AU V2 :TL-WPA8630P (AU) V2

Bin file is the firmware file for wireless powerline unit, firmware update via Web page of wireless powerline unit, here is a guide for upgrade firmware for wireless powerline unit. 
How to update the firmware of Powerline ac Extender via web-based management interface (new logo)

NVM& PIBis the firmware file for wired powerline units, firmware update via tpPLC Utility:
How to update the firmware using tpPLC Utility (new logo)

 

If you can not see the 'Gobal' icon on the second powerline wifi extender, you could try to find the IP address of powerline device on the router DHCP client list, and use the IP address to login the web page of Wifi power line unit. 

Make sure you are using the latest tpPLC Utility here.
