My router disconnected all the local devices and disconnected from the internet as well.

 

The main reason it occurred seems to be Clear all stats because time changed

 

But my time is set to manual. I have uploaded a screenshot.

 

Is it my firmware? I think I might have uploaded a wrong firmware.

 

The latest one is supposed to be ?

Hi.

I have followed your suggestion with that thread but it keeps happening.

Not only it disconnects from the internet, but it also disconnects all the clients.

 

This happens once in a while but it is very frustrating as I have to reconnect all my devices.

This is my current setting for the internet connection as mentioned from the link.

Time Setting:

 

I am getting really fed up.
My older router D7000 is doing much better and hardly any errors. Very stable.

However, AX11000 crashes 3-4 times a month or more.

 

Is my product faulty? Should I try to exchange it???
Please help out. Thank you.

Sorry to hear that the issue persists. Can I have the name of your ISP?

 

Please check for the firmware updates on your router web GUI and install the latest official firmware, which is 1.3.1 Build 20220721 now, then monitor the connectivity again.

 

BTW, have you enabled the Reboot Schedule on the AX11000? If yes, please check if the router gets rebooted as scheduled when the issue happens.

  @Kevin_Z Hi. My ISP is Launtel. They are great.

 

The TP-Link Support engineers contacted me via email and we tried to troubleshoot everything we could.

They realized the Router was restarting...

 

Later, they resorted to replace the router.

 

I received the replacement router and nothing happened for a week but then all of a sudden it happened again...

 

I have attached the firmware, hardware, and log.

 

I am not sure what to do.
Is this normal for every ax11000. 


Never had this kind of issue with previous older routers.

Can you please check if you can upgrade the beta firmware we provided in this thread and monitor the connectivity? Please let me know if it helps or not.
