Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: Firmware Version: 1.5.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 210914 Rel.59719n

Hi,

mr600 diconnected!

After good 3 days of optimal 4g+ connection a triangle superimposed part of the globe sign of my internet connection and [disconnected ] notification ruin my internet experience. I tried every thing,starting from manually listing the dns to trying Google and cloudflare ones, but although the internet is available the triangle of doom prevent me from entering my tethering account or signing into tplink account on the router and the disconnected notification remains. The other tplink router which I run as an access point says every thing is OK after I put the dns manually but still the mr600 hanging with the disconnection notification.

please help.

Working now

  @Zaydoon

Hi, do you mean the internet is actually working fine but internet status on web interface always shows disconnected?

Could you please share with us a screenshot of Advanced->Network->Internet page and save a system log file on Advanced->System Tools->System Log page?

In addition, did you try to reset the MR600 to factory defaults by pressing reset button for 10s until power LED start flashing?
