Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: ‪1.8.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 240716 Rel.60322n

Hello everyone,

I own two TP-Link Archer MR600 routers.

Yesterday, I installed the new firmware on both routers, and immediately, they stopped connecting to 4G+ consistently. Before the update, they were working perfectly. Now, the 4G+ light turns on and off at long intervals, whereas before, it was always on.

This significantly impacts the efficiency of the connection, causing noticeable speed fluctuations.

I tried downgrading the firmware to the previous version, but it won’t allow me to perform this operation.

I was hoping to get some information about this issue and to know if anyone else has experienced the same problem.
Thanks!

In the photo you can see that the 4G+ light is missing

Hi, welcome to our community.

It is suggested to downgrade to the last firmware version according to the official website for a try. It is as the same as the method of upgrading firmware.

If downgrade is still not permitted, please factory reset one MR600 and reconfigure it for a try. Also, please take the sim card out of the router and put it in your phone to check whether 4G+ signal is available.
