Router randomly restarts 


Tried:
1) disable time synchronization

2) disable upnp

 

No good results.

Hello @Albion9919 

 

Have you enabled Auto Reboot or the so-called Reboot Schedule on the AX73? If yes, the router will restart at the scheduled time. You can try to disable it to monitor again.

What can I do if my Router keeps Rebooting randomly?
1) auto reboot disabled - yes
2) power adapter that came with the router - yes (I haven't changed it from one came with the router)
3) latest router firmware - yes 
4) power supply is stable - yes (I haven't faced with any problems with other devices)

When did you purchase the router and when did the issue start to happen?

 

Does the router feel hot when it restarts itself? Please put the router in a well-ventilated location and monitor the performance.

 

Try resetting the AX73 to factory defaults and reconfigure it from scratch, then monitor for some time.

1) When did you purchase the router and when did the issue start to happen? - About 1 month ago.

2) Does the router feel hot when it restarts itself? - I didn't notice a high fever. But i didn't checked router by touching it. 

3) Try resetting the AX73 to factory defaults and reconfigure it from scratch, then monitor for some time. - Thanks, I'll try.

I have the same router and the same issue as described. I purchased my ax73 about a couple weeks ago. Have the issue since the day one. Did everything that have been advised here — issue still exists.

  @Kevin_Z I have the same problems with AX73. The device was purchased 2 months ago. The router randomly restarts during the day. It happens 5-10 times a day. The problems are exactly the same as described in the text above.

There is the latest firmware on router. Random reboots started after the 1.3.0 update
