Model: Deco M4
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.5.4 20220113 38349

I have a setup of 4 Deco M4s. The decos are not optimally choosing the right signal source closest to them and are falling back to the main deco which results in degraded performance and speeds. For instance in my bedroom I get better download speeds with my deco turned off vs what I get when it's turned on.

I'd really like a way for me to manually configure signal source since I believe that it would deliver better performance.

@Neildcruz we have to wait for 1.6.0 firmware which seems tplink doesn't deliver for our m4 :( I have basically the same issue and it's very annoying ! Waiting for the 1.6.0 firmware since 6-7 month now !

@Neildcruz Same here. At first everything works out fine, but after 2 weeks it just slows down my internet speed when connected to deco. crying

@David-TP Any update on the firmware update on M4 v2 my decos are practically useless. Really disappointing!

Seems like a lot of people facing similar issues. Is there any way to get a beta?
