The signal source is missing on one of my Deco m9 plus. I have tried rebooting and changing locations. No devices will connect to that m9. All other m9's are working ok. The app shows the m9 pod is working properly.

If App shows that this Satellite Deco M9 works properly, open its information page in Deco app, make screenshot of it and share here. Example of mine, also M9 Plus:

 

 

 

That will help to understand what is going on with that Deco M9.

  @Rotan50 Hi, Besides of Alex's suggestions, it is also suggested to check the current firmware of this Deco M9 plus.

I used to see many users are still on 1.2.12 and if yes, the following link will help you to update the firmware to be the latest:
