@Konrad1 Hi, were you trying to use DDNS to remotely access the NAS server from WAN?
Apart from DDNS settings, you might also need to open some oprts for NAS. For example, port 100 has been opened for NAS on Deco X20, I could use
to access the management UI of NAS.
Best regards.

@David-TP yes, i try to access my NAS from outside of my network (from work). I've created my DDNS name, and open ports to my NAS (in Synology its 5000 and 5001 port) but i cannot access to my nas via myname.tplinkdns.com:5000 from outside my network. I have dynamic IP from my network provider, and modem from provider is in bridge mode. In Synology settings there is no listed tplink ddns as option but you can add your own ddns provider settings and for that you need query URL like shown on screen and i can't find one for tp-link. Can You please help me configure my DDNS?

Hi, nice to see you again.
Have you checked the IPV4 address on the Deco APP>More>Internet connection, the same as the IP address you got here:
https://whatismyipaddress.com/
If not, outside of Deco, there might be another NAT(like the service provider modem router) that could explain why you could not find TP-link in the query URL screen.
In this way, you could change Deco into Access Point mode:
How to set up Deco to work in Access Point mode
Best regards.
