My av600 was working fine until a while ago. When it stopped, I didn't touch it for a month until now. The larger unit, when I press the pair button nothing happens to it. I've reset it once, I've held the pair button for longer than 10 seconds, nothing. So as of now, I'm suddenly unable to pair. 

 

Anyone knows what's going on? Thanks.

 Hello  @Sepandee 

If the power Led does not flash after you press the the pair button, you could try some tips here 

1. Unplug the powerline extender unit and plug it back into the wall. 

2. Try a different wall outlet 

3. Perform a factory reset on it 

Reset via the RESET button/ RESET hole:
With the device powered on, press and hold the Reset button (or use a pin to press the reset hole)  until all LED will turn off and start on again.

If the power led still does not flash, and device has been worked for long, the unit can be faulty, it is recommended to reach retailer or our local support to check the device warranty.
