Estou a tentar atualizar o meu modelo e sigo a vossa página

E obtenho sempre a mensagem de erro.
NOTA: na caixa do produto tenho uma referencia diferente da apresenetada: MODEL TL-WP8630P KIT(DE) Ver.:2.0

Hello @Bruno_Matias
On the back label of the TL-WPA8630P V 2.0, is it of (EU) or (DE) version?
- If it is of (DE) version , please try to update the (DE) version firmware here

- Connect the powerline device to the router directly via Ethernet cable :
Router-<Ethernet>TL-WPA8630P V 2.0
- turn off the Windows firewall or antivirus software temporarily
To look into this further, may I have a photo of the back label of the WPA8630P itself; a photo of the file name / the firmware file you've tried to upload, and a photo of the error message showing update failed, thank you.

@Bruno_Matias Glad to know you can update the firmware by wire the powerline unit to router via Ethernet or temporarily turning off firewall.
