Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.0

I have 4 Tapo cameras and after the last (automatic) firmware update on my 2 pieces of C210s, neither works anymore with internet video stream. 

 

When I'm on the same wifi with my phone, I can open both cameras live video stream.

When I'm connected through internet, the Tapo app shows both C210s OFFLINE.

My other two (C200 and C320) cameras are just working fine.

Nothing changed on my router or at my internet service provider.

Reset and other user manual things are done.

These are DEFINITELY having trouble right after the firmware update last month.

 

I want to downgrade the firmware manually ASAP as this version IS FAULTY. Or provide me any other solution. What to do?

  @mekmymac I've just bought two new C210s, original firmware is 1.1.13. It is WORKING. That PROVES my theory is RIGHT, the 1.3.0 firmware is FAULTY

 

I WANT DOWNGRADE ASAP!!! Where can I download the 1.1.13 firmware?

 

Also, on these two new C210s there is no option in the menu/firmware version for turning off automatic update. HOW DO I DISABLE auto update? Ot will it just update as it wants, BRICKING IT???

 

I NEED ANSWERS.

  @mekmymac I also have this issue. Many emails and posts here but TP-Link do not seem that interested in fixing things.

I have proven that it is the SD card that now prevents streaming RTSP and if you remove the SD card it works.

This is crazy as they have effectively removed local storage capability.
