Hello, I just got the Archer AX55 which is listed has having the VPN Client feature.

I've looked through all options in all menus and cannot find a way to Enable VPN client.


Is there a way to resolve this issue ?

Services like VPN Server, VPN Client and NAT Forwarding only work with IPv4.

 

So, my guess is that these options are not shown in your menus, because you are using connection type "DS-Lite", which is IPv6 only.

AX55 should support VPN Client already, you can check the release note on the website for the firmware:

https://www.tp-link.com/support/download/archer-ax55/v1/#Firmware

 

Be sure it is working as the main router but not in Access Point mode. You can post a screenshot in the community if there is still no VPN Client menu.

As you can see it is in router mode and the item is not displayed in the menu.
