NOT CONNECTING TO INTERNET
Hi,
This camera was a gift - due to vandals who have been targeting my door for months.
Set up on Friday 18th November 2022 worked brilliantly. Yesterday I was out for only 2 hours! Came home and the
camera/phone is not 'connecting to the internet'.
No changes have been made after set-up to the mobile and/or Camera.
I have reset and tried to do as instructed but; (about ten times now) it will still not work/reconnect.
I have an internet connection (obviously or I wouldn't be on here) anyhow, all is fine with laptop and internet; mobile and internet; and I can see
on the Wi-Fi page of my mobile the Tapo_Cam_DDxx - this appears under 'available networks'
Please can someone tell me what is wrong - this is a valuable piece of equipment which is being used to produce evidence for a Police inquiry
an incident number has been given to me - but I need the camera to be working.
I am at my wits end - upset is putting it mildly, no I am not tech savy and yes I have done installs before and been successful by carefully following
the instructions but this is no longer funny.
