Hello,

there have some problem happen to the  router that I had just bought for 3 days.

The Internet  will be down suddenly,sometimes 10 mins ,sometimes  half an hour.

Then I reopen it. However, it will be down again and again.

It still keep in the cycle..

 

here is the System log,but the ip display is not 0:

Hi, 1. Who is your SIM card carrier? if you use the same SIM card on another 4G device, is the internet stable? 2. When the problem happens, please send us screenshot of Advanced->Status page, Advanced->Network->Internet page along with the whole system log file.

Internet connection : Stable

Problem Happen after hour or above

  @Sunshine This was taken when internet is down only for wifi..LAN ok..but wifi show no internet connection

Hi, do you mean only wireless connection loses internet, wired devices are always having internet access?

If so, please try to change WiFi channel and channel width on Advanced->Wireless->Wireless Settings page to see if the WiFi will be more stable.

 

By the way, may I know how many wireless client devices do you have in total? and will they lose internet access at the same time or just randomly devices lose internet at a time?

  @Sunshine Max 5 wireless client device, they lose internet at the same time
