I have a Deco X-55 and have tried to set up the VPN client using ExpressVPN using the OpenVPN protocol. Unfortunately, even though it says "Connected", I am not reaping the benefits of using a VPN.
Can you help?

Does this fix the hanging issue? I have the X50 firmware 1.2.2. Build 2023031 Rel. 53300 and unit 2 and 3
hangs once in a while and I need to power cycle the unit. This is a hassle because you
have to physically do the reset. Thanks

Hi Ian it's been pretty quiet for a week or so.
Has there been any forward progress on the VPN client issues?
Thanks,

@Mbauer5 Hi Mark, still waiting for a beta version to test. Mine is working fine using OpenVPN with a modified config file & debug firmware.
It did take many hours though to identify the issue make it work.
Hopefully we will see a beta version soon.
One thing I have noticed though, the VPN throughput is very slow, max throughput for me via the VPN tunnel is 20 Mbits which is a concern.
