Hi!

There is no parental control page in the app.
The app and the firmvare are updated, the management rights are also set.
Regarding the TP-Link site M4 must support Parental Control, but it is not seen in the app.

Please help on the issue!

Hi, It is suggested to check the operation mode on the Deco M4 since parental control is not supported under Access Point mode.

(You could check the working mode under Deco APP>More>Advanced>Operation mode.)

Than it is the reason, I use them in Access Point mode.

@DoNotBeleive In the Deco app, go to "More" tab> Advanced> Operation Mode.

 

You'll see that under "Access Point", it is mentioned that parental controls (among other things) is not available.

Just a M4 (2-pack) user who regrets buying it
