Alerts are working and videos are there but won't play - keep asking to be refreshed which I have done but still won't play - any ideas how to fix this ?

Thank you for posting. May i know what's the model and hardware version of your Tapo camera? Can you share a screenshot of this error page?
Please make sure the Tapo APP runs under a stable and strong network, if there is any VPN enabled on your phone, disable it for a try.
Try to re-open the APP or reinstall the APP, see if it helps.
Can you share the current version of your Tapo APP (APP->Me->About)? And the model and system version (IOS/Android) as well.
