Hi,

I just bought my Tp-link Deco X50 and I'm using it in access point mode.
I reconnected all my devices successfully over WiFi but not my Netatmo Camera. I tried in the Security app from Netatmo and also in Apple Home.

 

Did someone have the same issue ?

Can you assist me please ?

Hi, would there be any error message when Netatmo Camera failed to connect Deco X50?

Here are some suggestions for your reference:

1. Turn off "Fast roaming" and "beamforming" on the Deco APP>More>Advanced.

2. Change the network securiy to WPA2, instead of WPA3.

3. Enable guest network for 2.4 GHz only with a different SSID.

4. Connect the smartphone to the guest network and set it up again to see whether the camera could be added this time.
