have a good day.

I just updated to and got a solid LED. Reset does not work, and the camera is offline.

Looks like it's died. i can't contacting retailer or local support because it's to far by my location.
so need your help for writhe bios. kindly give me tapo c310 bios file .bin.

Thank you for posting. The camera seems turned to brick, unfortunately this cannot be recovered remotely.

Please double confirm the hardware version of your camera, there is a solution that introduces Tapo C310's recovery methods of different hardware versions, FYI.
