Firmware Version: 2.0.2

Hello,

frequently the strenght of the wifi signal goes weak and my devices connected on it lose the connection.

Have you a better solution or correction for this issue?

  @irminia

Hi, May  I know how long have you had the adapters?

Since TL-WPA7510 is a dual-band adapter, were you having the same issue on both 2.4ghz and 5ghz?

Please also refer to the following suggestions:

1. change the wireless channel and channel width to channel 11+20mhz for 2.4ghz; channel 48+40mhz for 5ghz;

How to customize Powerline ac Extender's wireless settings

Best regards.

Hello,

I have them since July 2020. This issue occures for a while now; i've just found the support now.

I use the 2.4GHz band with the channel 6-20MHz b/c the 11 is occupied by my neightbour wifi.

Best regards

  @irminia

Hi, Thanks for the message, and sorry for the delay.

Could you please move the WPA7510 closer to one of the PA7010s since the powerline connection seemed disconnected already, or maybe switch the location of the WPA7510 with one of the PA7010s?

Personally, I tend to think the failure of the powerline connection caused the internet loss on wireless devices.

(Since the powerline connection is easily affected by the Home Appliances nearby, if possible, please also move the 7510 far away from the electric devices. such as Microwave ovens and washing machines.)

And I see there is a new firmware for WPA7510: TL-WPA7510(EU)_V2_2.0.3 Build 20220606

It is also suggested to update the firmware of 7510 to see whether it helped or not:

How to update the firmware using tpPLC Utility (new logo)

best regards.

Hello,

My WPA7510 works worst than before.

Now even al4 led are green and my wireless devices can connect on it there's no internet acces!

My acces with Archer_C7 works fine but nothing on the replicated wifi network via WPA7510.

Everything worked well before (early 2023) but now nothing works.

I think the WPA is dysfunctioning. the lastest firmware is running on it.

please help; is there ny warranty from TP-Link?

thank you
