my WPA7510 appears as unknown randomly (or after a while?) on the TpPLC screen (right plug). It can't be administred then. I have to manually unplug en replug it to fix the issue.

any idea?

When the TL-WPA7510 disappeared as 'unknown', will you still see the second powerline LED light up?

Please also try to update the firmware of 7510 and the powerline utility:

TL-WPA7510(EU)_V2_2.0.3 Build 20220606

tpPLC_ Utility _Windows2000/XP/2003/Vista/7/8/8.1/10/11

Hello,

just did the firmware upgrade for WPA7510 and TpPLC is up to date, and the following screen is back:

the WPA is now unknown. Need again to unplug an replug it.

4 leds are green.

any idea?
