Hi i recently purchase RE650 device for personal. As i am living in apartment & wifi also provided by that apartment but in my flat wifi signal is very weak . I purchased this device for strong signal .After set up of device  i am not able to connect on 2.4ghz netwrk & also solid ring LED is not blowing . Only 5ghz network is getting connect. 

Also let me knw any impact/disturbance  on existing netwrk by using this device. 

 

Pls share solution for this problem .

Hi, Does the Apartment wifi have separate SSID/wifi names for 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz?

When you try to connect the mobile phone to the 2.4ghz apartment wifi, do you need any additional configuration, like portal authentication?
