I have connected a door controller to my Wifi via my TL-WR802N. The door controller gets the IP 192.168.188.123 from my router (Fritzbox). I can access this door controller without any problems. Now I want to access my TL-WR802N again via Wifi. This is set up in client mode. But I don't see the TL-WR802N in my network overview in the router? What can I do? Apart from going there and connecting a PC to it again?

Hi,

 

If you want to be sure you always know the correct IP address of the TL-WR802N, then during setup configure its LAN IP address as "Static IP" instead of "Smart IP(DHCP)". Just choose any IP address from the same subnet as the Fritzbox that is not already in use by another device and also is outside of the Fritzbox's DHCP address pool.
