Hi, could you please send us screenshots of Advanced->Status page and Advanced->Network->Internet page when using the Jio 5G SIM card? and please also save a system log file on Advanced->System Tools->System Log page.
If the network type shows No Service on the Status page, please also check whether the same SIM card works fine on your smartphone and which 4G band the phone is using:

By the way, I noticed that there are other Jio users reporting the same issue, and one of them mentioned that all the 4G routers don't work with the 5G enabled Jio SIM card including Huawei and also MR600, thus it is highly recommended to contact Jio to confirm whether the SIM card is allowed to work on other 4G routers after upgrading the SIM to 5G.
