I am having trouble port forwarding port 25565 TDP&UDP on the router, when I go to check the port if its available publically online, or if my friend checks it, it shows the port is offline and they cannot join.

The IP adress on both the App and on the website that I check the port with is the same, but when I go to check whatismyipadress the IP is different. What do I do?
