Archer T4E Capping download speed?

Hi everyone,
I have a problem
I run Windows 10 Home on my PC and my download speed seems to cap at about 40 mb/s where my phone does 150 mb/s in the same place!
Would this be a driver problem or a system problem
(I tried it with a different wifi-card and it capped at about 60 mb/s)
Does anyone else have this problem??

My graphics card is somehow cancelling the radiowaves meaning i cant get good download speed

What model of wireless router are you using?
If it is a Dual-Band Wi-Fi 5 (AC) or better router, then make sure your Archer T4E is connected to the router's 5 GHz band.

May I know how long you have had Archer T4E?
I checked the conversation record and do you mean:
- When the laptop is connected to 5ghz of main router, the download speed is capped at 40m/s, but it could reach 114m/s(internet speed, not wireless link speed?)over 2.4ghz?
- The smartphone could get 150m/s over 5ghz in the same place.
Please try to install the following driver to see whether it helped or not:
