  @Sunshine Jio Sim which is not 5G enabled is working fine. Jio 5G enabled sim is not working and your team needs to update the firmware or letting us know the updated setting of Jio 5G enabled sim.

  @AD91

Hi, we are working with the India local team about this issue now, and also debugging on some customer product, once there is any update, I will update this post and provide solution.

At the same time, could you please provide us your MR400 hardware and current firmware version for records? If beta firmware is needed to solve the issue, we will provide corresponding firmware for specific version.

  @Sunshine

I am sharing the details for MR600 V2.

Firmware Version:‪1.7.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 220826 Rel.58057n

Hardware Version:‪Archer MR600 v2 00000001 IMEI:xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Logs and screenshot attached

There is a issue with MR600 router where my Jio sim is not able to connect to internet on this router only.

My findings:- Jio sim recently upgraded to 5G network, but the same sim is working in other non jio router like usb dongle.

It seems like problem is only with MR600.

What causing:- when Jio sim inserted ipv4 showing blank and only ipv6 working but can't provide internet.

Troubleshooting Done so far:- multiple router restart, reset router, upgraded to latest firmware.

Also please note this issue was happening before as well before 5G network launched like in 2020-2021-2022 but somehow it was resolved automatically but this time its not getting resolved.

This is serious issue and has to be resolved on priority.
