Hi,

I upgraded my main deco from m5 to x90 and subscribed to Homeshield PRO via deco app. But it says that it cant find a network. 
i have a mix of x90 and m5 in my mesh network but the main deco acting as a modem is my new x90. 
 

What can i do, Apple has started the subscribtion but it seems i cant use it?

Hi, Did Deco X90 work in wireless router mode?

It is also suggested to update the Deco to the latest version if it is not the latest APP 3.3.10 for IOS/3.3.5 for Android.
