Deco M4 causing all iOS devices to lose connection when screen is off..
We bought and setup three M4 devices as a mesh network and although it all works fairly well, all of our iPads lose their WiFi connection as soon as the screen goes off . This does not happen when the Decos are replaced with out old Asus router but only with the Deco M4.
The main Deco is connected by Ethernet to a ZTE 4g router and when I connect the iPads directly to the ZTE, nothing disconnects at all so it's clearly something going on with the Deco M4.
I've factory reset all the Decos and reconfigured everything a few times but nothing helps.
Can anyone please help or suggest anything?

Yes, problem not resolved. The Decos remain unreliable and easily upset.
We had a power cut a few hours ago and when the power came back, I couldn't connect to the internet no matter what I tried. In the end, I had to reset the whole network to factory and configure everything again from the start.
Not how I wanted to spend a Saturday night.
What's worse now is the speed through the Deco network is 50% slower than going directly through the 4g router that the Deco is connected to!
I'm beginning to wish that I'd bought another brand instead of TP-Link.

@MayurTaware What is your Android device? Do you also have Deco M4 (V4)?

Hi, Thank you very much for your time and patience.
I would like to follow up on your case via email in case I need forward your case to the senior engineer later.
At the same time, could you please help me check the following information:
1. Did Deco M4 v4 work in Wireless Router mode or Access Point mode?
2. Except for Samsung devices, did other Android devices have a similar issue?
Here are some suggestions for your reference:
1. Please refer to this link to disable "Mesh Technology" on the Deco and turn off "Fast roaming" and "Beamforming".
https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/kb/detail/412552#III (case3)
2. Please refer to this link to manually set up the connection preference on the Samsung M31s, Samsung A32, such as 2.4ghz from the main Deco M4.
How to select a preferred signal source on the Deco App
Best regards.
